Jewelry can be made unique and distinctive by using different sizes of beads, colors, or textures. Another way to add interest is to vary the finishes of the beads that you use. A monochromatic piece can really come to life by mixing 3-5 different finishes such as matte, luster, AB, opalescent, opaque, silver lined, transparent and pearl.
